I am responsible for coordinating between all the involved parties and ensuring that construction complies with the detailed planning, from the initial stages to precise execution in accordance with the design. While maintaining construction quality, I ensure my client's adherence to the schedule and the budget that was planned in advance.

The Process
The work begins with the initial planning stage, where considerations are made for both the customer's needs and the budget. Following that, the selection of professionals who will work on the project occurs; the contractor bidding process.
Once the contractors are selected, contracts and terms of engagement are signed. The choice of materials also requires an understanding and professional knowledge of the new raw materials in the industry.
The next stage is, of course, the construction itself. Supervision, coordination, and close guidance during the construction phase allow all the project's work processes to synergize efficiently and professionally. Finally, the project's completion stage arrives. This stage is essentially completing a complex puzzle into a perfect creation.
